First I’d like to say that I’ve been a big fan of DMC since the first game on PS2. I remember vividly my time in that game since I played it non-stop and several times through into all the harder difficulties, collected lots of merchandise and even dragged my PS2 to my friends house and played it at parties to show off the game and my skills.
Sometime after that and I went into a Gamestop store looking to purchase DMC2. I had a quick conversation though with one of the workers, who also was a big DMC fan and he told me straight up “Don’t buy this game.” I was shocked! How could a game be so bad that the employee of the game store would even go that far to tell me that. I took his advice though and didn’t buy the game and never played it. If a fellow gamer and fan of DMC told me not to to, then it’s probably for the best.
DMC3 was a fantastic return to the franchise! The bosses, the characters, story, weapons, fights, everything was superb. Whenever I talk to people that haven’t played a DMC game before, I tell them, start with that. Doesn’t get much better imo than that!
Coming off the high of DMC3 I found myself face to face with….a new face. Nero of DMC4 was….an unexpected new addition to DMC and I couldn’t stop thinking to myself “Why am I not playing as Dante?” so much that I never finished the game. It was ruining my feelings for the series. I know it’s silly, it’s a good game, but DMC4 remain in my case and I still have little desire to finish it. :\
And now here we are! DMC reboot by Ninja Theory. I’ve already talked about them in the vid and how I feel about the whole thing. It’s been a long wait and my faith has not been kept in vain. DMC is back, Dante is back, and extremely entertaining! At this point, I see little reason for any animosity to be derived anymore from this new game. It has, as far as I have seen, everything we know and love about DMC as a whole. Great atmosphere, great combat, stylish weapon combos, attractive story, and most importantly, a wise cracking Dante! And YES! There IS WHITE HAIR!!!! (seriously, did you think he wouldn’t have white hair? lol)

Played the demo n felt very good about how this game turned out in the hands of Ninja Theory, everything a TRUE DMC fan wants n more is in this game i felt with this demo.
kinetic on the second halve of DMC4 you get to play as dante and its pretty worth it
I really like what they’ve done with the game, very fresh and still feels like DMC. My only gripe is the abysmal performance of the PS3 version, way too much screen tearing for a 30FPS game, all the other games were v-syced at 60FPS. It is however from a build more than 6 months old, so there is hope that the performance will improve in the final version.
The 360 version runs perfectly well, though it has it’s own issues. Texture pop in being one and the other just being of overall lower graphical quality than the PS3 version. I do however prefer performance to visuals and hope Ninja Theory finds a way to achieve parity between the two versions. Even if it means dumbing down the PS3 versions visuals.

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm DMC4 , dante had his own story after you finished it with nero…… ? GO PLAY IT !!!
